And since yours is nut-free, it's probably much lower in fat.Biancahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11545245728462853370noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-430485174155168351.post-90828559791779808462009-01-09T07:51:00.000-08:002009-01-09T07:51:00.000-08:00these are brilliant, Kate! i stopped buying laraba...these are brilliant, Kate! i stopped buying larabars because of all the stupid wrappers that don't biodegrade - never thought of making my own! totally gonna have to try it!

happy new year! it's good to hear from you, too! yay!jessyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01239751125232117374noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-430485174155168351.post-91886076920214991472009-01-09T04:59:00.000-08:002009-01-09T04:59:00.000-08:00Yeah, thanks so much for this postI live in austra...Yeah, thanks so much for this post
I live in australia and after seeing all the delish looking larabars on everyone's amazing blogs I have been craving like crazy and now I can totally make my own
Your a genius thanks heaps!!Amirahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16792091746014858121noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-430485174155168351.post-78495465672708483182009-01-08T17:06:00.000-08:002009-01-08T17:06:00.000-08:00I love these kinds of bars--I whip up my own versi...I love these kinds of bars--I whip up my own version (I called it a LaRaw bar!) at least every couple of weeks. Now I'll have to try yours out, too!

And re: your comment on my blog, "chia is the new flax." It's got the same health properties of flax seeds, but more--higher in Omega 3's, and higher in protein! I have about a tablespoon in my smoothies and use it now instead of flax for health benefits. It's a bit smaller and absorbs liquid more, with a milder, nutty taste.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-430485174155168351.post-61249326490072208022009-01-08T16:32:00.000-08:002009-01-08T16:32:00.000-08:00DELISH!!DELISH!!LizNoVeggieGirlhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00785142908687097216noreply@blogger.com
